We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small hospitality business.

Cancellation Terms

• Within 48 hours of booking: Guests may cancel for a 100% refund, provided the reservation was not made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.

• More than 30 days before arrival: Cancellations made after the initial 48-hour grace period and more than 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the accommodation charges.

• 30 days or less before arrival: Cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Bookings Made Within 30 Days of Arrival

Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable from the time of booking. The 48-hour cancellation grace period does not apply to these reservations.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans, including illness, weather disruptions, or transportation delays.
